These units ship directly from the manufacturer usually within 3 - 15 business days.
Unfortunately, we can't provide you with an exact shipping date. Your order is held for several hours in case you have a question or need to change anything on your order. The order is then forwarded to the manufacturer. You are charged at the time of purchase because we are charged by the manufacturer for your order when we forward it to them.
We can immediately refund your order if any problems arise so you do not need to have any concerns about this being delayed due to any problems with the manufacturer. We know they will refund us later.
In 7 years of daily contact with this manufacturer we have never had a problem with their customer service. They stand behind their products. If damage occurs, they replace parts as soon as possible. They will provide pick up service for the damaged part so please keep all damaged parts. Report the details of the problem to us to begin any replacement process.
